Who we are:
We have an extensive background working in the mental health field performing billing for both offices and individual providers. We take pride in providing the highest level of service to the providers we support to free you from the time and challenges associated with dealing with insurance companies and billing such that you can focus more on yourself, your clients and your practice.
All too often we've seen providers struggling to receive payments for claims that are delayed or denied, even in cases where everything was submitted correctly. This can happen for any number of reasons whether it's disputes between primary and secondary insurance coverage, changes in client coverage, or changes within the payer plans themselves. Resolving these issues takes both time and experience to understand the issue and to know how to get it resolved. Unfortunately many providers who do their own billing don't have the time or resources to follow-up on these issues and often don't receive payment for these claims which ends up costing them a significant amount of money.

Our history:
Having worked on staff as professional billers for practices over the years, and achieving excellent results for all of the providers, we were frequently sought out by providers who left to form their own private practices to do their billing. Others providers have switched to us due to the bad experiences they've had with other billers. We appreciate how challenging it is to be an individual provider or a small practice where you can't afford to hire a dedicated biller but need that same level of support and expertise.
In response to this demand for our services we formed T-Gen to formally make our billing services and expertise available across the entire community of mental health providers. Now your practice can achieve the same high standard of billing that was previously available only to a limited number of providers.
